2818 RCACC End of Year Updates

Good day everyone I am resending this out so everyone has the updates and times for this week.

As we wind down for summer and close out the training year there are some important events happening this week, please read below for all information.

Annual Ceremonial Review prep day

We will be setting up for the ACR on 7 June 2026 from 1200hrs-1600hrs, we require 5-10 Cadets to assist with the setup, please eat lunch before coming as lunch will not be provided, dress will be civilians, please see Lt McInroy to signup.

Annual Ceremonial Review (ACR)

On 8 June we will conduct our ACR, this is the final parade of the training year for the cadets to show off to their friends and family what they have accomplished throughout the training year, there will also be awards handed out to some cadets that were nominated for them.

The parade will begin at 1900hrs, the Reviewing Officer (RO) will be LCol J Brown Commanding Officer of the Canadian Army Advanced Warfare Center, Parents and guests are asked to be seated NLT 1845hrs, there will be light refreshments following the parade.

Summer Break

We will be going on summer break from 9 June 2026- 7 Sept 2026, during this time there will be no one monitoring the office phone if you need to reach a member of the staff please reach out to Lt Mcinroy as he is the unit summer contact officer 613-438-4867 david.mcinroy@cadets.gc.ca,

Summer Training

Cadets going to summer training will be contacted by Lt Mcinroy when their travel information is uploaded into fortress, please check your 365 email as this will be sent to you.
