2818 Upcoming Activities/Events

Good Day,


We have several activities scheduled over the next few weeks. Please review the information below carefully and note all applicable dates, timings, and dress requirements.


Saturday 16 May 2026

The  silver stars needing to complete their 308 Evaluation will have the opportunity to do so, the training officer has already inform all cadets requiring this, please let the training officer know if you will be attending.

Time 0800hrs-1100hrs

Dress: civilian attire 


Victoria Day 18 May 2026

We will be having a sports night.

Dress: sports attire 

Bring a water bottle 


Oshawa Tank Museum

Date: 23 May 2026

Registration Deadline: 18 May 2026

An email containing all required information and forms has already been sent.


Awards Dinner – Set-Up

Date: 29 May 2026

Time: 1730–2030 hrs.

Dress: Civilian attire

A minimum of 10 cadets is required to assist with setup. Parents that wish to assist with setup your participation would be greatly appreciated.

Awards Dinner

Date: 30 May 2026

Doors Open: 1600 hrs.

Dinner Begins: 1700 hrs.

Ticket sales are now closed. Thank you to all who purchased tickets.Cadet Dress: C2


ACR Setup Day

Date: 7 June 2026

Time: 0900–1600 hrs.

Cadets will be setting up for the Annual Ceremonial Review (ACR). All cadets are encouraged to attend.


Annual Ceremonial Review (ACR) Parade

Date: 8 June 2026

Parade Start Time: 1900 hrs.

Parents and guests are requested to be seated no later than 1845 hrs.


End of Training Year – 2025/2026

The final training night of the year will be 8 June 2026.Cadets attending summer training will receive their travel instructions via their Microsoft 365 cadet email account.


2026/2027 Training Year Communications

During the summer break, periodic updates will be sent for the following reasons:

  • To provide information on upcoming September activities

  • To ensure cadet365 accounts remain active and monitored

All cadets are required to respond to these emails during the summer to acknowledge receipt.
