Admin:

 

Call for Applications- CSM Position

We currently have an open Parade position for a CSM any Sgt and above may apply, please submit your Resumé and Cover letter to Lt Mcinroy NLT NOV 3 2025 at 1900hrs

 

Detailed Health Questionnaire (DHQ):

Any cadet requiring a DHQ is to fill out the secure form that the DCO has sent to the parent’s email on file, if the DHQ is not filled out the cadet cannot attend unit it has been complete.

 

Health cards:

Any cadet that has a health card expiring should have received an email from the DCO to get the new details for your new health card if you have it available, please email Lt Mcinroy with the new Version Code and EXP date.

 

Cadet Fitness Assessment(CFA):

 

All results from the CFA will be made available to the cadets on Monday evening, please see the Admin O for your individual results.

 

 

Operations:

 

Remembrance Day:

 

We will be attending the Remembrance Day ceremony held at the Belleville cenotaph On November 11, 2025,

 

  • Date: 11 Nov 2025

  • Time: 0930

  • Dress will be C1

  • We will meet at the Belleville cenotaph 10 Cannifton Rd Belleville, off Station St 

  • A signup sheet has been put out and will remain available until 10 Nov 2025 

  • We have been asked to provide 1 Cadet for sentry and 1 cadet to carry the Canadian Flag if interested please see Lt Mcinroy.

 

All cadets are required to attend, If you cannot attend you need to see the DCO for a waiver for this.

 

Positioning of the Poppy:

The Remembrance Day poppy is authorized to be worn on all uniforms from the last Friday of October until Remembrance Day (November 11th). The poppy is to be worn on the top center of the rank tab of the field training uniform and on the left pocket flap of the shirt and left chest of the jacket and all-season coat, see Figure 4A-1.

ALL CADETS WILL BE PROVIDED WITH A POPPY.

 

Recruit Graduation

We will be having a recruit graduation parade on 24 Nov 2025

  1. Time-2030hrs

  2. Parents and guests are welcome and encouraged to join us for this celebration

  3. There will be awards and presentations made Please see the Routine Orders for the list.

  4. The following Cadets will be graduating:

Mess Dinner:

The Christmas Mess dinner is quickly approaching Parents and guests are encouraged to attend please see the details below:

  • Date: 13 Dec 2025

  • Time: Doors open 1600 Dinner starts at 1700

  • Who: All cadets, Staff, Support committee, parents and guest,

  • Cost: Cadets- Free

  • Parents and Guests $45.00/PP

Last day to purchase tickets : 24 NOV 2025 after this date we will not be able to accommodate any extra tickets as we have to have final numbers to the caterer the next morning.

 

A letter will be sent out the information.
